TeambackerNI is exclusive by design. There's only one Teambacker per team per season. Which means your recognition is never diluted, your name is never one of many, and the kit always looks clean. Once you claim your spot, it's secured for the full season.

Who Can Become a Teambacker?

  • Any parent or guardian whose child plays for a participating team. No business required

  • Works for any employer. Public sector, charity, private, or self-employed

  • Your child's club just needs to be a TeambackerNI partner. We can help get them set up if they aren't already

  • You're first come, first backed! Once the season's Teambacker spot is claimed, it's taken until next season

Questions Parents Often Ask

  • No — that's the whole point of TeambackerNI. The platform acts as the official sponsor on the kit, and you are recognised as the backer. You don't need a business name, a VAT number, or anything like that. You just need to be a parent.

  • Register your interest and we'll contact the club on your behalf. Most clubs are very receptive — it means guaranteed sponsorship with no admin burden on them.

  • It's first come, first backed. Each team has one Teambacker per season. If the spot for your child's team has already been claimed, you're welcome to register for next season or check whether another team at the club has availability.

  • No. TeambackerNI handles all communication, payment, and kit coordination with the club. You sign up through us and we take care of everything from there.

  • Yes — TeambackerNI is open to any team sport where kits are worn. Football, GAA, rugby, hockey, and more. If your child's team wears a kit, there's a Teambacker spot waiting.
